Will my items be sent in one package?

Item not received

REFUND, RETURN & CANCEL
By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.
Returns:
We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item).
Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via Email support for more information. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.
Once an item has been received in normal condition it cannot be returned.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- The print quality is blurry.
- We sent the wrong item – size, style, color.
- Parcels that are lost in transit (more than 14 days from the latest updated day in tracking link).
- In case you want to change the size because it is too wide or too tight, we will support part of the cost (up to 50%) so that you can order again.
Refunds
Our policy lasts 3 days from arrival date. If 3 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order

This mug is BPA free stainless steel and has double wall vacuum insulation. This would make a great gift!
I like the lid that comes with the mug because it gives you the option to sip or use a straw (straw not included). I filled this mug with water and did a leak test. I tipped it upside down—no leaks. I knocked it over on the counter— no leaks. I turned it side to side and shook it a bit—no leaks, however the lid did shift and loosen a bit. A few more shakes and the lid would have wiggled loose and off. Overall, very pleased with the aesthetics of this mug and its functionality with hot and cold liquids. Another added bonus is that this fits into standard car cup holders!
I saw this and had to get it for my mother. The "nutritional" facts on the back were what made it for me. I was expecting this to feel quite cheap when I was ordering it which was fine with me because I knew it was the thought that counted. However, it actually feels like a very solid tumbler. I own a ton of different tumblers - Yeti, Zak, Coffee Gator (probably best deal around), and a zillion others like it. This absolutely holds up.
What many of the non-Yeti tumblers have for a lid is a pop up opening to drink out of, rather than the yeti magnetic slide (sounds like a new dance). I'll say that the lids to the Yetis definitely have a leg up on these in terms of convenience and functionality. That being said, the lid works perfectly fine. No drips or issues in terms of fit. Additionally, my Yeti lid even fits on this. So if I had to, I could probably find some Yeti lids to change them out - but I won't.
After running through the dishwasher (even though it says dishwasher safe on top rack) there was zero instance of damage to the paint. I'm not quite sure what they used to put on the mug, but it doesn't feel like it's going anywhere any time soon. I picked at it just to test it, but nothing seemed to be showing signs of wear.
This is a great, functional mug - really awesome to find one that is dishwasher safe and doesn't feel cheap.
